AOLPress	HTML Editor	This is the Web page creator/editor that I used.  I like it, it may not be as feature-laden and powerful as some other editors, but I found it relatively easy to use as a total newbie.
Ulead Web Razor	Image Editing	This is a great suite of tools for Web authors.  The SmartSaver module allows you to adjust .jpg options to get the best image with the smallest file size.  The Photo Explorer module exports html thumbnails.  Plus Photoshop plug-ins for drop shadow and bottons.  They also have Gif animation programs and Cool 3D, an unbelievable program for 3D titles.  I paid the $90 bucks for WebRazor and have found it worth every penny.  15 day trial versions available for download.

Siteflow	Free counter	The stats are great, unfortunately they are unviewable a lot.  The counter still works even when that part of the service is down. Java based.  I finally gave up on it.
Pagecount	Counter and Guestbook	Advertiser supported, has a guest book built in, banner ads and good stats.  Only two lines of code, no Java.

Webring		Home of the Webrings

This is a free service that lets you build "Buddy Lists" and know instantly when someone
signs on.  Then you can chat in real time.  I've used it for a few months and have had no problems whatsoever.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN AOL USER, however, anybody other than an AOL user has to run the Instant Messenger software, get a screen name, etc.  I got this 'cause 90% of my friends are on AOL, and up untill recently I wasn't.  There's another program like this called ICQ, but I don't think it's free.  Anyway, for AOL buddy lists or AOL Instant Messenger, my id is RaceFoto42 or RaceFan42.  Works real well.
